We perform rigorous quality check before shipping personalized products or any gift items. We inspect the accuracy of each product to adhere to the international quality standard.
As a part of the policy, we do not accept the return of products which are delivered in accurate and undamaged condition. Any product is eligible for return only on below-mentioned conditions:-
- If you find any Wrong Print on personalized gift items where the artwork is provided or suggested or confirmed by you
- If the product delivered doesn’t match with the item selected during the confirmation of order through our website.
- If the product received by you has any manufacturing defect.
- If you have received the product in any damaged condition.
If the product delivered matches with any above-stated conditions marked in pointers then we are happy to extend our support for a full refund or re fulfilment or exchange the same ordered item.
Process of Return
- You may generate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product only when it has manufacturing defects, damaged product or incorrect product or any error in the artwork engraved for personalization as per your confirmed information. The time frame of 7 days starts from the date of receiving the product by you as per our courier partner or logistic team.
- To place return request click on the Product Return link on the product page and fill up the form available. Along with the form attach 2 images; first of the damaged part or error and the other of the entire product that you received from our end. This will ascertain us for the reason of return.
- Our Quality Assurance team will check these details and you will receive a mail within 2-3 days stating the eligibility of Status of Return Request. If your return request is confirmed then within 7 working days we will arrange for reverse pick up of the product in question. Within 10 working days, the merchandise generally gets back to our warehouse. Then after the quality assurance team examines the merchandise and initiate the refund process. Within 2 to 3 working days of receiving by the warehouse, the refund amount will reflect on your bank account.
- The product should be returned along with original packaging ensembles, tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping table, invoice and if there is anything else with it.
- Products must be unused, unwashed and be in original condition.
- We reserve the right to cancel a request in case inappropriate image is uploaded or image quality is poor or message entered by you is misspelt. On such condition request for cancellation will be notified to you.
- Also, we are not responsible for failure in delivery due to providing the incomplete or wrong address to us. No refund request will be approved for such undelivered product for address mismatch.

NB- Once an order is placed we send it for production immediately. Hence no cancellation request is accepted after the order is placed.Also the pictures displayed on our website or through mail are for illustration purpose only. The actual color may vary due to color enhancement on your gadget. Always there is a chance of slight difference due to brightness in photography.
